Best clam chowder I've ever had. The fried lobster roll and the hot lobster role left something to be desired and at $24, I guess I was expecting more. On the other hand, the cold lobster roll was tasty and I would buy again. To recap: get the cold lobster roll and a bowl of clam chowder and you'll leave Yankee Lobster a happy camper.
Cool little hole in the wall place we found by looking at its great Yelp ratings. My wife had a lobster roll that she devoured oh, and this was my last opportunity to eat a whole lobster before I left town so I took them up on it. It was great and the staff was very friendly!
Awesome lobster mac = lobster mac and cheese! And very nice staffs. Small restaurant, limited seating. There is a small patio seating as well as curbside sitting. Summer week day night has long lines - prepare to wait a while.
Super busy on a Sunday afternoon. Ordered google online take out. Arrived 30 min later when it was ready, and still had to wait 10 min to catch a passing person to grab my carryout order. Lobster roll was decent. Bread for roll could use a little more flavor. Fries and slaw were pretty good, but those are hard to screw-up.
Great place for lunch and a few beers if you have time. Great take out, which is what I'm usually doing. Lobster prices are competitive, as they have their own boats I think.
Prices in general are competitive, if you're looking for some great seafood. Location was always great, but with all the new buildings, I'm sure this place won't always have that diamond in the rough feel.
