“I very much enjoy eating at Panera Bread; the food is delicious and the staff is courteous and helpful. I love breads of all sorts, and the sweet rolls, scones, muffins, etc are fantastic. The salads and soups are great (I am not that big a fan of romaine lettuce, so that is a drawback for me, although many prefer it), and I have always enjoyed the sandwiches. The tea selection is great, and my wife tells me that the coffee is good. I also appreciate the availability of diet caffeine-free soda. I didn't give it five stars because the prices are more in line with a restaurant with table service. I suspect that the pricing reflects the commitment to the freshest of chemical-free foods, however, so that is a plus. And free wifi along with permission to stay for hours is nice!”

“The Drive Thru has been terrible lately with orders getting mixed up. The staff gives you a hard time and makes faces when you point it out and ask them to fix it. I opted to go inside this trip and was greeted by a young woman who appeared pleasant. However, she never gave me my receipt and I had to ask another employee for it. It took longer than expected for two iced coffees & two egg&cheese wraps. The gal that took our order was telling the window person to make up their mind about whether they were doing drinks or food. After a few minutes she said drinks. This might explain those delays & wrong orders. You're taking your chances at this location and don't expect fast service.”

(Especially the cookie dough bits, which were fresh and not overly powdered.) service was quick and polite, and seating arrangements were cozy. There was a really intense movie playing on the TVs, so we ended up staying longer than we had expected, to see the end of the movie. Aside from the annoying high school kids sitting near us, our visit was really great.”

“Normally this place is good, or at least consistent. The only issue I've had there is with the iced tea. I always ask for no lemon and there is always a lemon in it. Normally they remake it correctly, but there is one person there that just pulls the lemon out and leaves seeds and lemon chunks, and will attempt to hide it from me so I don't ask to have it remade. But like I said normally good service, just one person, made it a 3 star”
