“Awesome food and service. Didn't expect to actually find a real good place to eat up north, but this place was fantastic. Ordered a Burger and fries. Burger was HOT when it was brought out on a Homemade pretzel bun that was awesome. Wife ordered the Brisket Grinder and it to was very good. The fries were lightly seasoned and crispy and their ketchup was even really good. Kind of off the beaten path, but a very nice place with good food, good service and a variety of beer for those who like to drink”

“Hidden gem of a place to eat. We were looking for.a.place to eat and accidentally found this place. Not fancy and you serve yourself by picking out your food and serving yourself on paper plates and plastic ware. They specialize in different flavored brats with all the condiments. You go through a line and pick what you want. If you want a quick no frills meal of great tasting variety of brats, this is for you. Several days a week they also serve ribs, which I wish we could have tried, but they didnt serve them.on the day we were there.”

“Waited on dinner longer than I'm used to. I think I heard our food was almost out 4 times before it came. Waiter was new, so it could have been that. Lobster roll was good but not really a lobster roll. Fries were dried out from either being frozen/baked or setting around. My wife was happy with her crab legs. Cool building. Culver's is a must visit location if you have never been. You won't regret it! And the one located here in Alpena, is always nice and clean! “The waitress was amazing! I don't remember her name but she was the best. She went out of her way to look through the allergen menu to see what was gluten free for me to eat! Wow talk about sweet, that was so nice and being from OKLAHOMA and not Michigan, being hungry as hell and having 2 hungry kids under 10 with me, and not knowing what I could even get! Scored big points with me! The food the waitress suggested was absolutely delicious and I couldn't be happier! Who knew that potato pancakes were so dang good when you stuffed them with bacon and sausage and ham, topped and stuffed with cheese too! My oldest had the classic big boy which was a hit with him and my youngest had the kid's chicken tenders which was a ton of food and he loved it. Loved the service! Cannot be happier!!”
