    Some of the best Midwestern barbecue that you can find. The proprietor and his wife are amazing and his children work endlessly every time I'm there.

    He learned how to barbecue in St. Louis and she brought up all the southern appetizers and sides

    It's amazing.

    When traveling through Michigan I go out of my way to stop there.

    P.S. I am not a friend or family member but I am nosy and he explained why the food is so good.

    Compact Trailer serving Tender Ribs, Rib Tips, Smoked Brisket,Pork Chicken, Turkey and Wings! Also had the tasty potato salad. Many sides available. Loved the tips, brisket was good with a tasty house sauce

    This by far has the best rib tips. The meat is tender and literally falls off the bone. My go to place when I come to Michigan.

    Ordered a bless man sandwich today. It was the best BBQ sandwich I've ever had. No exaggeration. No hyperbole. Just the best BBQ sandwich I've ever had..... by a long shot. Stop in if you're near by, well worth the drive out if your not. Can't state just how awesome the food is here. 5 stars in every category. Will be back again and again
