Very clean and friendly. Only location with chickem taco pizza!! My fav!!!

Best place ever to get pizza if your wanting pizza hut! Ive had way too many issues at the niles one and so I will drive to buchanan if we want Pizza Hut. They have taken care of us when the niles one fails us. they honor what they say unlike the niles one.

Always a place to get really great service. Dilivery or pick up good pizza and wings they have 2liters too take home. They also give you a kit with paper plates napkins and plastic utensils to eat with. The staff is really courteous. The staff is very friendly also.

Lunch buffet is great. Service can be slow,they get busy. And order is often wrong. Got all the way home from picking up pizza ( their delivery stops short 1 mile from my house) my 5 yr son reaches in box,and grabs a slice of pizza. I happened to look at it,and saw a hair (looked like a beard hair) baked in the cheese. I called and told them. They acted like it was not a big deal. The manager tried to say this could not have happened,and said he would give me some credit toward next pizza. I told him I wanted a new one. Drove back into town with the nasty pizza,and got treated very rudely.
