“We stopped on this side of town for something completely different, and this place caught our eye. We hadn't eaten dinner yet, so we thought, why not try it out? Husband and I both got fried chicken and fries. Chicken was pretty bland, unfortunately, so were the fries - couldn't even taste salt. Breading was not your typical fried chicken breading. Everything was cooked correctly, though, and the place is brand new. Pricing is pretty casual for the area. I'd come back, maybe when they get their training wheels off first.”

“As a child nothing better. I have been with my wife for 5 years. All I talk about is how great pizza Sam's is and we should get it. Had it throughout my child hood. Final we make it to first shift. So we order, great customer service but when we get home the taco pizza has no toppings. Very friendly to replace order but among getting replacement I have 2 inch slices and 8 in slices with missing ingredients on more than half had to make the pizza myself again and cut it. Did something happen or new management. Will never go there again over priced if I have to make my own food. Great price if you could do the job. Again sorry for my loss. Love your pizza when it's done right. Pizza taco no toppings in your book for replacement incase you wanted to know who wrote this.”

“Great pizza. Placed an order online for pick up. It was accurate and cool perfect. Staff were friendly and courteous when I picked up my order. Very convenient. I had a late evening order and was able to fit my truck/trailer right into the neighboring parking lot. Ordered again recently during the day and my bobtail ( semi, no trailer) went into the actual Pizza Hut lot just fine. Great location.”

I hope his employees can learn from him what I appreciated tonight. I do not mean that in any bad way as to the employees. My husband ordered 2 Hot N Ready. We are vegetarian and my husband thought they were just cheese pizza. Not so. But Tyrone listened to him, we exchanged pizza's and got bread sticks too. He didn't have to do that. We never expected or asked. I worked retail 20 years ago and customer service was key. I now work in healthcare and customer service is also key. The relationships and how you treat and react with people is everything. You get out what you put in. Great job Tyrone. You inspired me to make my first review. “I ordered delivery but it was going t take too long so I went to pick up the pizza. I was hungry. I entered the building and no one acknowledged me. There was no greeter. I waited for a while, walking around to see if someone, anyone, would come from the back to help me. No one. I started to leave. A young fellow came from the prep area to go to the restroom. I asked if anyone was working at the front desk. He said, "there is someone back there" and proceeded to the restroom. When I finally got my ???? it was good. Customer service not so good.”

“Taco Bell. This location was clean and had friendly employees. The only minor issue was the bathroom floor didn't feel rinsed all the way. Felt like there was still a slippery soap or cleanser film. It was kind of slippery with my hiking shoes. Food was good. Wait time was normal for a Taco Bell.”

The person running the cash register also came around with samples of the new freezes they have. Food wise it was a typical day at TBell with relatively fast service and middling results. “Food was good. I felt like the portion sizes were kind of small on my meal. I had the turkey dinner and it came with mashed potatoes and gravy, dressing, turkey, carrots and cranberry sauce. My plate could have been hotter and there was just a small dallop of potatoes with nowhere near enough gravy and about a tablespoon of cranberry sauce. The rest of my family had burgers and fries and the portions were good. We got a table immediately but then waited about 30 minutes for our food which felt a little long considering it was not busy when we ordered. By the end of our meal the place was packed and half the dining area was shut down which made it almost uncomfortable. Our host and server were excellent and very friendly (especially the host! He was great with my grouchy kid). Prices were reasonable. Family of five cost about $55 plus tip. I was very pleased to see a service dog welcomed into the establishment.”

“It was pretty good food wise. The portions for the price are alright and I got my fill and I'm a relatively big guy. The potato salad is great and the sweet sauce is fantastic. The mac n cheese is a little weird but not terrible. The service was also pretty good. The server was kind, pretty quick with getting stuff for our table even if we did sit outside. Everything was clean and tidy and I love the atmosphere with the large bar area. I would recommend eating here if you want decent local barbecue at a sit-down place. They also have take-out available.”

And often the total price listed on-line is not what the driver says is owed once he brings the delivery. When I call the store, they say on-line ordering is usually messed up and the best thing do to is to call in. I prefer ordering on-line because I don't hear on the phone very well.”
