“Food was as expected. Place overall could use a good cleaning. Start in the restrooms and move past the drink station and into the dining room. We visited at a very slow time on a Sunday evening, someone could have picked up a mop. We haven't been to a Schlotzsky's in years as those in our home town are long gone, so the food was a nice trip to the past, put off by the overall cleanliness of the entire place. We were making our way across the state and didn't have time to shop around.”

I waited for a while, walking around to see if someone, anyone, would come from the back to help me. No one. I started to leave. A young fellow came from the prep area to go to the restroom. I asked if anyone was working at the front desk. He said, "there is someone back there" and proceeded to the restroom. When I finally got my ???? it was good. Customer service not so good.”
