When you pull up to the window to pay, they place a numbered sticker on your outside rear mirror. Then, a server brings your order out to your car. The workers are clean and friendly. “The shop has the same entrance as the martial art studio, so don't get confused. Go right, not left. There is no food for you on the left. We got the Jersey Giant. And it was giant!!! “How have I not reviewed this place yet? It is, in my opinion, not only the best Mexican restaurant in mid-Michigan (to be fair I haven't been to too many), but perhaps one of the best Mexican restaurants in Michigan period. While most of their food is of the Tex-Mex variety, they do have a plethora of authentic Mexican dishes too. Both halves are fantastic. I usually lean towards the Tex-Mex side with some of their burritos, but even their authentic chorizo tacos (simply topped with cilantro and onion) are amazing. They serve chips and a salsa and a creamy-type sauce (I wish I knew what it was, it's amazing) complementary, and they're all great. These almost always get refilled. Every time I've eaten here, the service has been fantastic, the food is delicious and made quickly, and most of all, it's inexpensive and good, almost disproportionately so. As to most of the reviews talking about slow service - I think I've seen it happen once, and I've been a few dozen times. Maybe I go during off-hours, but I'm usually with at least four or five others and the food is out faster than I can even ask to get a drink refilled.”

“This was my second go-around at Looking Glass. First was not go good, but they were just opened and still getting used to things. I was a party of four looking to eat and drink. waited at door, waited at bar, waited on patio and finally got to go home. The bar guy was really dis-interested in anything other than what was on TV. had to ask for glass, ice, utensils to snack on fries and generally left the impression we were imposing on him. We were asked four times to "cash out" at the bar before getting a seat outside on the patio. Felt like we were going to skip town or something! Patio service is non-existent; you must get your own water and most anything else you want, We could not get menus for 10minutes, according to our server. Eventually she brought them after the "kitchen caught up" The greeter was really nice and very friendly. He was the bright spot in the evening. Service people seemed frazzled and certainly were not smiling! We got the wrong checks at first. Sorted that out, but I don't like sorting anything out in a bar/restaurant. Food was mediocre, service was poor and experience was not relaxing or enjoyable.”

“We've always loved Hungry Howie's pizza, especially the flavored crusts. I was inspired to write a review because Friday we ordered a pizza and we were in a hurry. Hungry Howie's was able to deliver the pizza in about 20 minutes! Other delivery places quit promising to deliver so quickly, but Hungry Howie's came through when we needed them. I realize they are too busy to be that fast every day, but they are very honest about the expected delivery time. They have always delivered within the time they predicted. The pizza was hot and delicious as usual.”

“Went here with my husband for our anniversary a couple months ago and my oh my we had a great experience! We tried a few apps, spilt the meatloaf, and had their homemade ice cream for dessert. Everything was amazing!! We aren't wine aficionados and that can make for an uncomfortable situation. However, our waitress was very kind about everything and didn't make us feel bad about our lack of knowledge at any point. Would definitely recommend and plan to return!”

“Great selection of food, solid atmosphere as well. The staff we very helpful and friendly, however they seemed very understaffed. This was my first visit and we seemed to arrive when it was very overcrowded and busting at the seams with patrons. Our order was bounced around to multiple servers based on availability and one person from my party had their food totally forgotten because of the shuffle. The food was very good though and they made sure our issues were dealt with as effectively as possible.”

“I was really happy at this Bob Evans. I came here on a Saturday morning when it was relatively busy and was seated immediately. The coffee was great and they had a good selection for creamers (although I will say, if you've never been to Bob Evans, get their hot chocolate because it's the best). After ordering, the food came out within 5-10 minutes and it was great. Also, the menu is fairly inexpensive and there's a lot to choose from!”
