“I ordered a pick 2 1/2 sandwich and a 1/2 salad my salad was missing my chicken, and my sandwich was missing my sauce and chips. I called and spoke with a the assistant manager and she was very rude to me on the phone. **edit** I would just like to say that I called corporate, and the woman I spoke with was so polite, and gave me a full refund for my total order!! I'm very pleased that she was able to help me and was so apologetic and efficient. I am changing my rating from 1 to 5 stars, because resolving a mistake so all parties are satisfied is the best indicator of a great company, IMO.”
