Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I always get excited when I get to go to Cracker Barrel. My family and I love the food AND the store. Food is always fresh and never have I ever needed to send anything back. Servers are friendly and made sure our table had everything we needed.

Very clean. Excellent staff. My best ever experience at a Cracker Barrel! Not joking one bit! My meal was excellent. The serve from the hostess to the waitress to the kitchen was perfect. The presentation of my meal was clean and appealing. They all get an A+. I have gone to many Cracker Barrels in my decades and this one is my permanent go to! The rest of them need to get it together,!!!

Food is always good. Value for your money . Tracy the waitress is amazing!!! Great personality and excellent customer service. I dine here often and I have to say she is the best waitress I've ever came across, she should be acknowledged. She's definitely an asset to your organization.

Food was good as usual. But do not understand the reasoning or thought process of hostess seating us. We are handicap, difficult walking and she proceeds to try and seat us at a table furthest from the entrance. Had to stop her and say "please don't walk us further than necessary." Table next to us with a wheelchair said she tried the same with them trying to get wheelchair through tight fitting tables. Where's the common sense?

We love Cracker Barrel... Bob was our server today and he is awesome. Food came out very fast and he was very accommodating to everything I wanted. As a server myself, I know how hard this job can be but Bob absolutely does his job like it's not even work. Thank you Bob for the awesome service and another great meal..
