Had an issue with a gift card that was somewhat embarrassing, however, received a call from Josh the next day, he handled everything and was super helpful !!! “Usually have no problems with this place, the staff are great and it's good food. However today just before i ordered one of the staff members accidentally dropped the meatballs into the heating water. She asked her fellow employee to help get the tray out of the water with the tongs he was serving the food with and instead of getting a clean pair after dipping them into the water he just rinsed them off in the sink and retrieved my food with them. It was very unappealing to eat the food that was just touched with the tongs that was dipped in the heating water and I would think grabbing a clean pair would of been what would of happened usually. Like I said before the staff are great and the food is good but I'm pretty certain this is not how the employees were trained.”

“I really like La Senorita! I have been coming here since my parents brought our family when I was very young. La Senorita has great food at great prices, a true value. While there are other very good Mexican restaurants in Traverse City, they don't have as good of a value as La Senorita. La Senorita has always had great servers, bartenders, cooks and staff. An all around great place to meet up have some food and drinks for any occasion either alone or in a group.”

When they did, I noticed two of the servers were filthy they hadn't washed their hands their shirts had armpit stains and neck sweat stains they were dripping sweat into the food that was lying on the bench being prepared and, at that point I turned around and walked out. It's not something I would recommend. They only have three stars because they're two miles from my home and convenient.”

“Culver's makes one of the best fast food burgers available. Their butter burgers are addictive. The fries are nice and crisp. The cheese curds provide a different option for a side than other fast food places. Their cheese dipping sauce seems to be made from actual cheese, which is a nice change from most cheese dips/quesos. For desert they have a nice variety of custards.”

“Good Thai food. Their Thom Yum is delicious and the Pad Thai was good as well. We warned that the heat scale here is much higher than at most other Thai restaurants. Your server will warn you of this but make sure you take it seriously. I normally order "hot" at the places near home and went with "medium" here and it was on the brink of being too much for me to handle so just make sure you don't get too aggressive with the heat.”
