Pleasantly surprised with the experience l, didn't know what to expect being a restaurant I've never seen before. (We don't have any of these in Wisconsin).
I had a grande bowl with Cajun shrimp and it was realllyyy good 👍The Cajun shrimp was a nice surprise to see on a fast food style restaurant! They have something on the menu for everyone! They also have Tractor juice which was cool to see too.
I have a spot to come back to if I'm ever in the area 👍👍👍
Finally able to stop in and try something from the breakfast menu and was not disappointed at all. Picked up something for me and my husband and we both loved the Three Pigs bowl! Very good portion and price was extremely fair. I also ordered the Smelter burrito. Every was delcious. Was told breakfast will not longer be an option after this week. Bummer!
I feel the prices were low for the amount and size of portions. Maybe consider offering on weekends and raising prices to help costs. Your breakfast burritos are excellent and I wish more people knew and supported your business so they could stick around!
Border Grill offers great Mexican cuisine! The restaurant has a wide selection of dishes to choose from and they are all delicious. The service is always outstanding and the atmosphere is very friendly. The prices are a little high, but the portions are generous. Highly recommend!
A very good place to eat, their staff was friendly, helpful, and all around good. Some of their ordering capabilities where down for maintenance, but the ordering process was still efficient and effective. Clean facilities, very good food, still don't know what their "salsa" was. It looked like cheese but tasted like Campbell's tomato soup.
I have been a fan of the Border Grill since the first location opened in Marquette, MI in the 90s. My go-to meal is the steak quesadilla. I just love it! The chips were always a favorite too, but Border Grill had to change their chips in the last year due to a supplier no longer carrying the original product. The new chips are not as tasty to me but still aren't bad. The remainder of the menu is still just as good as it was all those years ago. And now, there is a Houghton location too, which means I no longer have to wait to drive through Negaunee or Marquette to enjoy one of my favorite UP eateries. I highly recommend the Border Grill in all it's locations. And they offer gift cards!!
Thanks for the wonderful food and service throughout the years!
