Denali Restaurant & Bar

As you near the end of Lake Linden on M-26, turn right and go a block to enjoy a nice meal at Denali. You won't regret it. They have a beautiful restaurant with lots of pictures and a huge moose over the fireplace. The burgers are really tasty and the salads are huge compared to most UP restaurants. The onion rings were a fantastic side. A must stop. We'll be back!

Food is good but not amazing. Would probably lean towards 3 stars if anywhere else but it is good for the area. My mid-rare steak was more closer to mid-well but the sauce was good. Veggies were kind of bland and they charge $5 for what looks like half a box of Kraft mac & cheese which is pretty ridiculous. Overall it's not bad but don't have high hopes.

Very good and friendly service without crowding you while you enjoy your meal. I built my own omelette with bacon, tomato and guacamole and that thing was packed! Couldn't even finish it! Very good coffee and they offer gluten free bread as well. My vegetarian friend was pleased at how many options were available to him as well. Atmosphere is neat with tons of wood and stone work and along with artwork for sale.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. It's clean, it looks great inside, there is cool history to the building, and everything we ordered was great. I especially liked their ranch dressing. Hunter, our bartender, was fun and full of information about the place. We will be back and I would strongly encourage others to come here.

Nice restaurant in a quaint town. Lucky me there was a group performing love music too. I went with the pulled pork sandwich per another Google review I read. It was great and I had a side of sweet potato fries. The staff were friendly and courteous. Overall it was a great experience and I'd recommend stopping by. No reservations required!
