Lindell's Chocolate Shoppe

I cannot review the food as it appears owners and menu has changed since I have been here last. The physical building is just amazing and worth experiencing. I am looking forward to trying the new menu the next trip up. Nice to see that a full menu is being served here!

They need some more help here, because service was slow with only one woman taking care of everyone in the restaurant. The malt was ok, but a little on the small side. The cheeseburger was decent. They do have good prices!

It's just what I'm looking for when I visit a small town family owned restaurant. Good food, good portions, friendly waitstaff, and eclectic surroundings. I visit the area regularly from downstate and always enjoy having breakfast at Lindell's. I'd recommend it if you're visiting the area or live there all the time.

We went here for breakfast on our way out of town. Very cool old building with original seats and tile. Staff was nice. Food was very good. They even offer gluten free bread dog toast. Several breakfast specials for $7-$8 with coffee included. Very interesting atmosphere. Good food, real eggs!
