    College days after 2 a.m. McDonald's is always open good food good service

    Harats has a definite Irish vibe. Pricey for Kazakhstan standards, but very upscale. Food is awesome with good presentation. There's a fusion of Irish and Kazakh culture with even some horse-based dishes on the menu. I liked it and would return.
