Delicious drinks and other items, always helpful service. Definitely stop by for the iced/blended coffee in the summer when it's available. The iced chai Lotte frappe is one of the best drinks available.

Starbucks, good place, friendly staff, clean environment. Employees knew what they were talking about and efficient in their work.

It seemed like I waited awhile to just get into the line for the drive-thru. The parking lot is not set up to have more than 5-7 cars waiting to order. There were cars waiting to turn left into the parking lot that were blocking regular traffic.

The team members who took my order and payment seemed bright and cheerful. The order was correct. For people waiting to turn in to the Starbucks parking lot: DO NOT block traffic! Please and thank you.

Our first time visiting this warm, pleasant & charming coffee establishment. I have to say, we were really impressed. In the past I've avoided Starbucks due to their overly liberal views as a corporation and their coffee just ok. However, they were only one of a couple coffee shops open past 9:00 pm in Lansing. It looked inviting from the outside and met our expectations once inside. Very friendly staff along with several coffee choices to choose from. The real kicker was the Hawaiian Kau coffee ground and brewed via the clover method. I've never heard of this type of brew. I have to say it's the best coffee experience I've had to date! Amazing... The reason for four stars instead of 5 is the bathrooms were a mess. I'm picking about clean restrooms especially considering the place wasn't busy.

An outstanding establishment with great customer service and on top of that, the manager runs this coffee shop phenomenally. The wait time is kept to a minimum, and that's coming from someone who wants their coffee quickly and is impatient in the morning. The coffee is fresh, strong, and there isn't a better coffee shop in town than this Starbucks. Thank you guys for an amazingly unique experience :)
