Great lunch spot right by the river. Calzone was excellent says my daughter. I had the lunch sized spaghetti and meat balls and it was delicious. Friendly staff. Open and airy place.
Popped in for a slice of pie and I was very happy I did. The sauce and cheese were perfect, they really know how to make pizza. I like the "local bar" atmosphere too. They have a corner with a bookshelf and games and photos of the regulars - love that.
This pizza place is on the river with big windows to see said river which is a nice touch. The pizza is tasty and the people are nice.
There's karaoke some days and the decor is not bad either. Sir Pizza is a memorable part of Old Town.
(I originally rated a 4 because the chair I chose was not too solid, but I changed it because a reply by Sir Pizza made me reevaluate my review.)
The people in our group were all very satisfied with our orders: pizza, spaghetti dinners, salads & calzones. There are several menu choices. The atmosphere was clean & everyone was friendly. We parked along the street
Casual homey feel and basic food with affordable pitchers of beer :) I don't tend to drink much beer unless it's the fancy stuff and they have a good supply of liquor as well or fountain pop/tea if that's all you're looking for. Good for live music/ karaoke late with a sometimes boisterous (but never unfriendly) crowd on the weekends or great for family in the afternoon. Very versatile space and a very friendly community that frequents it.
