“My favorite is house salad with chicken shawarma. Gave it a 4 because during the lunch rush, it seems like the line should go faster for being a scoop line type of service. I sometime can't go here because it takes too long.”

“I come here all the time for lunch. It's usually pretty busy during lunch the lunch hours but the wait is not bad at all. The staff is very friendly and the food isn't bad either. I usually get the enchilada armor but macho nachos are also a good choice and with large portions. I would definitely recommend this place for a friend if they want Mexican for lunch.”

“Not sure which Subway it was. I think Lansing Michigan. Great service.”

“Thai Village Rice with Tofu and shrimp (no meat) and it was AMAZING! Slightly sweet and definitely spicy (although I asked for mild) but definitely great tasting. Who cares about the mood, I went for the food. It was also affordable if one compares the amount given for the price you pay. I do recommend this place, it has my stamp of approval. (This place did not get 5 stars because of the mood)”

“An amazing place to have burgers and beers. Their beer list is amazing. Their burgers are amazing. Perfectly cooled and juicy. I had their olive burger. I was skeptical at first as I do not like olives, but just after my first bite, i fell in love with that burger. Their club fries is definitely something to have. I had heard that you can't stop eating those fries, and now I can second that statement.”

“Tiny little diner with unique food options. You will definitely have to wait especially on a weekend morning. There is indoor and outdoor dining. They have an extensive menu for breakfast and a large and cool street taco combinations. When I went they had a gluten free daily special of a banana waffle with coconut cream. They were nice and customized it for me with toppings from another menu item. How could you not add bourbon banana fosters to it? Their servings are large and filling and they have some really fun sandwich options and I drooled over the loaded fries. Everything is made from scratch and cooked right in front of you. When I return to Michigan this is definitely going to be one of my first places to hit for a sandwich to go and hit the river trail. One of the tastiest places I've ever been and a hidden gem.”

“I've been to all the BBQ places in the Lansing area and Saddleback stands above them all. The service is impeccable, very friendly staff. The BBQ ribs and brisket are smoked just right along with the seasonings/rub. Took my daughter's there today and we had a fantastic time sitting outside in the sun. Also I should add, the bathroom is modern and super clean. Something I can be picky about when reviewing a restaurant. I recommend to all who are looking for good BBQ at a fair price.”

“Solid food, very good value. I've had the chicken, ribs, and pork and they're all solid. Probably not the best BBQ in Lansing but it's quick and cheap.”

“This is the BEST Mancino's location! The chef salad is my go to and come completely loaded with meat veggies and cheese! There was once an error in my order that I didn't realize until I got home and the staff made it right immediately by giving me credit and replacing my food. Best food and customer service around. I go here weekly.”

“How to rate Lucky's? Okay, this is the bar of which I took my kids to their first time going out on the town. It's a true bar that ebbs and flows with the clientele. It's been around forever. It reminds me of Paddy's Pub from "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia". Mix n mingle, play pool, several large screens, food and laughter. Very accommodating bar keep. In my mind five stars. Overall societal norms as far as bars go solid three. It depends on which day you stop in. So I'm mixed. Do add it to the list of bars you must try.”

“Best Olive burger in town. The servers on the weekends are superstars that make you feel incredibly welcomed. I always have fun here on trivia nights and feel very safe!”

“The best East Asian fusion restaurant in town! The food is unbelievably amazing. We ordered several different Korean, Chinese, and Taiwanese dishes, and they all came in generous portions and all immediately satisfied our picky taste buds. Enjoying the very authentic taste, we felt as if we were magically transported back to Asia.”

“Really good, speedy service, had a double pepperoni with mushroom pizza. Really sucks you can't modify the subs or potatoes with other ingredients other than what it comes with. A build your own or something would be cool.”

“The service is consistently good and they are always accommodating even when it's packed. They're known for their Hippie Hash, but there are tons of other great items here. Freshest OJ around”

“Watch out for the older blonde lady, she can't hear right and gets snappy if you ask for her to make your sub correctly. The staff is far from friendly, But overall, you get a decent sub if made correctly. Lobby is usually clean, cookies are decent, drinks are good.”

“This place has an average menu, but a much above average taste and care put into preparation. I prefer their tamales and soft tacos. They have a special hot sauce if the regular sauces they offer are not hot enough. Just ask them about it. ????”

“Absolutely worth the wait! As all of the previous posts mentioned, the outside appearance causes some reservation. However, the food is absolutely exquisite! Now the place is small and depending on when you go you might have to wait but once you get your food, you'll definitely appreciate the time it took to prepare. I will definitely return and will probably order ahead for pick up. Nonetheless, if you're in the area you have to pay them a visit!”

“Good food! Friendly server! Edit: Went in again on Wed 7-24, had an outstanding server! Several tables arrived at once (us being one of them) she was quick, friendly, and very attentive! We came in around 5 pm.”

“The experience was good. The Iraqi chicken kebab is AMAZING. Other than that I found that the rest of the food was bland. Maybe that's just how it is. I tasted no Lemon in the lentil soup at all whereas everywhere else that has lentil soup it is deliciously sour and spicy with black pepper. The shawarma was bland in my opinion too. But it was all decent and I'd eat there again.”

“Food is good, but what stood out more to me was how clean the place was, and how much attention the manager was paying to the employees. They were training a new person, and I heard him making sure that the rest of the team was supporting the new person. I'd ask the question about a menu item, and the manager told the cashier to get me a sample. He was just really paying attention to the quality of their customer service and I appreciated it. Even the parking lot was neat as a pin.”

“Even at 11:45 PM on a Sunday, my fries were fresh and hot and my burger was good. I had to go back to get a remake on my funnel cake fries, but they were good after that. Be nice to the fast food workers these days. There is a labor shortage, so every restsurant is constantly training new employees. A smile and a kind word can go a long way!”

“There is a manager there by the name of Michelle. She was so helpful with my daughter and myself during our visit. ThAnk you Michelle can't wait to see you again. You displayed great managerial skills.”

“Visiting from Florida and had to go as soon as I heard they were open again. In and out quick and tastes like they did decades ago. Tacos don't need any sauce, eat them right out of the wrapper. Price is a little high but worth the best tacos ever.”
