“Dennis is one of the nicest, friendliest 'Que owners in town. Off of a tip from Facebook, I called to see if he was open today (he made an exception for me and I visited right away), Welcomed me into his establishment, and gave me samples of his BBQ chicken (boneless smoked Chicken Thighs with the skin and coated in his unique homemade 40+ flavourful spice combo). O.M.G. - so Smoky, so tender, and Full of Flavour. Very LEGIT BBQ Chicken... Definitely NOTHING like this Chicago-Style 'Que in the Lansing area... And I am totally OK with this. I split the Sampler Platter with my husband, and opted for more BBQ chicken and Pulled pork. This 'Que really is devine! Will definitely return to try the rest of the menu.”

“Stopped in at this Starbucks location for a meeting and enjoyed my visit. The store is a bit on the smaller side, but still a very clean store and the staff was super friendly. I got a pour over and it was actually really tasty. The only downside is some of the plugs on one part of the store suddenly stopped working and so I had to shift to another seat. All in all a good experience.”

“Food was great! Service was great! I don’t normally order salads but needed some greens that day and it was bomb! My chicken did taste a little funny to me like it wasn’t cook all the way so they made a new batch without chicken ( I like my chicken over cook so probably why it taste funny). They were awesome for not charging me the salad! It definitely could’ve been me but hey if something doesn’t taste right always go with your gut! What’s even more great was that my husband actually likes the place! By the way, they have the BEST cole saw! I’m definitely not spelling it right! ????”

“I did not have a bad experience. In fact, the best part was the woman working this morning a little before noon. She was incredibly friendly. This was my first time here so naturally I tried a slice of cheese and a slice of pep to get an idea of what this place is all about. With a 3.50 price for one slice of pizza, I expected it to taste amazing. It didn't, but it also wasn't bad. The dough/crust is fantastic! I just prefer a more flavorful sauce. It seemed bland to me. Also I expected it to taste more "brick oveny." They use a roller oven to reheat the slices rather than a brick oven. Since Geno's closed several years ago(I worked there,) downtown Lansing has needed a pizza slice place and I'm happy that Good Slice moved in.”
