“This is my local haunt and is one of my favorite spots in Lansing. The barbecue is solid (love the brisket) and the brussels are delicious (the sauce is key). Am also a fan of the beers - we can always find an IPA that we enjoy. They tend to have live music on weekends which is entertaining (usually a guy playing covers). Their weaknesses are the cocktails (please don’t put beer in them!) and their desserts. Overall, it’s a great place to hang with a little room for improvement.”

“Had their Western omelette for lunch. It was fantastic. It came with hash browns and toast. Portion sizes was really good. Great quality and service. This restaurant has a full breakfast menu and great lunch items for a very reasonable price.”

“I don't often rate places I've been, but my husband and I were thoroughly impressed. The food was delicious, staff was very friendly, decor was simple, yet fun. We will definitely be back, and also recommending to friends.”

“Had the "Impossible Burger"; tasted good, & a nice moral substitute vs beef, but 34g (!!!) of fat places it out of my future eats... Vegans won't like that it is cooked on the same grill as meat burgers. Will have to try their veggie burger (4.5g of fat)”

“I haven't been to this Red Lobster in awhile. The last time we went to this location the service wasn't awesome, but that was probably 5 years ago. The service this time was awesome. Our server was very pleasant and helpful. Our order was correct. The manager even came by to see if we needed anything. The only thing I wish was different was menu related. Which isn't the locations fault. The menu is weirdly laid out and doesn't flow well. Also, some of the menu options don't really make a ton of sense. I felt like I ordered something else because what I really wanted wasn't available as a single entree, but instead you have to order it with a pair or a trio of entrees. Weird. I didn't need that much food, nor did I want to pay that much money just to get that particular menu item. The meal I did eventually go with was quite delicious and I was pleased with it.”

“The chili is my favorite along what's herberger's fries and frosty, it would be nice if they extended their hours a little bit later but aside from that great place for snack or dinner”

“Food was great but the service was particularly slow. I've been to other locations in the Lansing area that cranked out sandwiches much quicker than this one did. Still perfectly made and delicious though.”

“Excellent sandwich shop conveniently located in the north Frandor area between Lansing and East Lansing. Thick meaty sandwiches that will satisfy your craving for meat.”

“Average quality and mostly helpful staff. Offering a consistent black iced coffee would be helpful since too often it is diluted and weak. Also helpful would be to offer all menu items when the doors open in the morning. I stop in a couple times a week and too often there is only a choice of 2-3 types of bagels at 7am.”

“The server, Ethan was amazing. They had a strong beer selection, and the food was far better than expected for a bar. We hit a lot of spots, and we will be back here guaranteed.”

“Made the trip from Mason, MI. And worth it! My family and I stopped in tonight during the dinner rush and there was a line. The staff handled it VERY well! They had a young lady taking orders from those in line and another ringing up the order and collecting payments. Meanwhile the girl taking the orders down was communicating with the kitchen staff letting them know what to prepare. The line dissolved within minutes and we were seated with our fresh food shortly after. I love how the food has remained the same over the years too!! Especially the chicken strips! ???? Keep up the great work! Olympic Broil is a Lansing treasure! I love that I get to enjoy a family night out with my kids the way my dad and I used to when I was younger! ALSO was extremely affordable! The total was only $21 for 3 kids and two adults.”

“I have to be honest. Food was good, nice place. It has changed since Art ran the restraint. my first time was when it was downstairs on M.A.C ave, mid 80's ish. Food is not quite the same. I can't say it isn't good, just different. I can still recommend El Azteco. Still bringing back memories.”

“Great home town family diner, excellent customer service, with bottomless cups of coffee , my waiter Chris was kind and gracious and made me feel welcome and took care of all my needs and the western omelette was delicious along with a large portion, it certainly satisfy my hungry appetite. ???????????????????? I had the #5 Special which consist of ham, eggs and American fries and toast on 4-13-19 it was delicious, customer service was great, as always. I had the western omelette on 7-18-19, it was delicious and filling, the food was prepared quickly and the service was great, and the staff is very friendly and they kept my coffee cup filled, which is good, left a satisfied customer. ????????????????????????????????”

“We have been to the Airport tavern many times and probably go there on average once a month. The food is always excellent and the servers are second to none especially tonight. I am still going to give them a 5 star rating as it is not their fault, but tonight the experience was not as good. A group of about 8 sat down close to us and we had to listen to the ‘f and s’ words from a grown woman in the party, worse still accompanied by teenage children. Again not Airport taverns fault, we were going to stay longer but did not wish to listen to profanity over dinner. We did not wish to make a scene, a group of 8 or so is a big check on a quiet night, but Managers need to be more aware of the way Customers come into a public place and think it is okay to do this without any consideration for others.”

“I had the half King Sub, it was delicious, great customer service, LOTS of meat, best subs than all other submarines stores in the city. I had the Half Italian Sub on 6-10-19, it was very delicious, the owner always make the sub to your liking, the restaurant is always clean and neat, nobody and l mean nobody can beat them on quality and the quantity of the meat and the bread on their subs, I highly recommend that you visit them, I guarantee that you will leave very satisfied. ????????????????????????????????????????????????????”

“The greens, fried catfish nuggets, and fried shrimp were delicious. The fries were bland. The bartender was very friendly. A little air freshener was necessary. The place has a weird smell.”

“First time at this popular brunch spot. Seating method is a bit odd, this place is too small for the business it gets. Great for the owners but the dining experience suffers. The food prices were great, wait was extensive and was disappointed that my sandwich came out soggy on one side like it was waiting and fries were limp and not hot. I don't mind the wait as long as the food is right. Smoked brisket is not what I consider smoked, more like braised. (Photo of fries and brisket) A little too much icing on cinnamon roll for my taste, ratio was off because they are quite thin. The buttermilk biscuit looked great. Would maybe go back to try. Definitely not the worst but not the best place in Lansing for brunch. Games while you wait. The service was great and owners appeared to be friendly and loved...had the food been great, it would have gotten 5 stars.”

“A great neighborhood bar. It's pretty clear from almost the moment you walk in that people are regulars here and/or live in the neighborhood. It's a good thing- the staff is welcoming, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The food is good and the beer comes in frosted mugs. It's a great place for everything from a casual dinner or drinks to a church committee meeting. Unpretentious and friendly.”

“My favorite Chinese restaurant in Lansing. Not a place you'd want to sit down and eat at, but the food is fresh and tasty and the woman that owns it is always friendly. I usually order the Szechuan bean curd or shrimp and the egg drop soup is a favorite when I have a cold.”

“Their food is good, especially like the hot salsa. It isn't super fast though, so don't expect it be. On the other hand, they make it fresh. The place itself is pretty small and not a super inviting place to eat in, but take-out is a popular option.”

“Great place! Wife and I have eaten here plenty of times. Just now ordered 45 minutes before closing and the absolute freshest food you can order with amazing flavor. Definitely order crab rangu!!”
