Northwoods Steak House

We love this place! The food is a little pricey but very good. Great atmosphere, like a cabin on the inside with wonderful fireplace. The service is excellent!

Nothing was impressive.
We were served, slowly. Kids drinks came in Big Boy cups ( if this wasn't a sign ????‍♂️)
Our bread was forgotten, a drink was forgotten. The cook forgot to put the bread in the oven, bread comes. Drink comes.

The price would be good and I'd return, but the quality of cuts, combined with the presumed lack of experience in the kitchen do nothing to bring my confidence to the level of returning.
Lacking flavor, even basic salt seemed to be a consistent routine.

It's the back of a big boy. It has some fake log beams, and a fireplace. It's neither offensive nor inviting.

My husband and I along with our 3 year old stopped here for dinner. Our server Shelia was friendly, and attentive. We ordered the lobster bisque and prime rib dinner. Everything was perfect and we made it through the meal without our 3 year old having a meltdown thanks to Shelia's attentiveness. We will definitely eat here again if we are in town.

Amazing food and overall atmosphere. Lots of options and a great place to treat a family member (older) or even a loved one, or significant other. The bread they have available right away was amazing and warm. A little pricey but it's a fancy restaurant so its expected. Huge wine selection. And much much more. Would definitely return.
