Ginza Sushi & Ramen Bar

Delicious food, fast service, nice atmosphere and in a convenient spot. Definitely worth a stop and the menu has something for everyone without trying to hard or having so many options that none are actually good. Try it all!

We ordered sushi for pickup (for dinner). It was absolutely dead in there - literally only 1 person, and 5 employees standing around.
We got 2 specialty rolls and a classic roll. The Alaska was pretty good, definitely smaller like you'd expect. We also got the Green Dragon - this was massive - way more pieces than you'd expect and super dense. It was even hard to pick up from the weight of it. It was really good though. The last roll we picked was the Monkey Jump. The ONLY reason I picked this roll was because it was the only thing on the menu with a 3 chili pepper heat indicator, and I LOVE spicy food. Honestly, it didn't have any heat to it at all. I'm not sure what ingredients they forgot to put on it, but not only was it not hot, but it was pretty damn bland. I wouldn't recommend this roll at all.
Might go back to try the ramen or hibachi, but not for sushi again.

We love this place! Yummy sushi and the service is excellent! We had the server Winter the other night and she was one of the best servers we've had! I swear she could read our minds on what we needed and was friendly and attentive. Thankful to have this new restaurant in town!

This was our first visit and we will be back! Our wonderful evening started with a great server, named Sunshine. She was so friendly, warm, attentive, and cheerful. She made the us feel right at home and gave us wonderful recommendations. We all tried something different- seafood ramen and sushi was delicious. Definitely worth a visit.
