    It's likely they will mess up your order, or give you the wrong order. Happens about 50% or the time. However, they're typically nice and the food is fine. Go to Checkers next door instead.

    I've heard that Wendy's recently changed some things but I hope it's not every Wendy's. Food is still great, fresh and hot but now customers order their own food on a kiosk. I did not like this because it doesn't seem personal anymore. Was busy but I didn't have to wait.

    Best Wendy's in West Michigan. I've only ever had one order messed up ever, and I only ask for no pickles on my burgers. They almost always get orders correct, the food is always fresh and hot, it tastes great, and the staff is incredibly friendly and polite. This is the Pinnacle of Fast Food.
