Leo's Seafood Restaurant & Bar

Leo’s is always our “go to” restaurant when celebrating a special occasion. Last night we celebrated our wedding anniversary. I sent a floral bouquet there before our dinner reservation from a florist. Not only did they have it placed at a special table for us, but they followed the florist’s instructions precisely, even adding their own “Congratulations” greeting card at the table.

The dinner was superb, the waitress Brooke was attentive and friendly, and dessert was on the house.

You simply cannot top Leo’s for a great dining experience.

Great ambience just dined 4/24/21. Surf & Turf, Halibut "Oscar style" and three different types of oysters plus the twin 🦞 tails made for a exquisite dining experience. I was able to even negotiate a window seat with the hostess and server 'Austin' who stayed over to facilitate my window seat request. $201.00 for the dine, no dessert. Beautiful experience enjoyed every cent.

I wished Leo’s was more accommodating. I came for the happy hour deals and was told that I had to sit in the bar area after being seated in the dining area by the host. It was quite inconvenient to have to move across the room when I was seated already. Oysters were delicious. As for the escargot and calamari appetizer, they were okay but did not come out hot. Our server was kind and attentive.

looking for photos? don't, I tried several times to photo the food and the restaurant is typical upscale place.

NOW for the best part. The fish is fresh and cooked just barely beyond rare making your meal something special.

I returned for 9 days, while in town, to try a different dish each night. Every meal was special and enjoyable that I would pay twice the price to have it again.

If you ever or at loss of what to order, when visiting, ask for Laura. She knows what the chief has specially for the best customers that is not on the menu.

If you want to experience fish in the midwest like you find in the very best California restaurants, visit Leo's at least once.

Sat at the bar and had a wonderful meal. The Manhattan Clam Chowder is the absolute best! I don't think I can eat at Leo's and not order this! So great! I ordered the scallops for my entree. They come wrapped with salmon...very unique and awesome! Highly recommend this place, very good
