Tupelo Honey

Had a fantastic experience with my family for brunch this past weekend. We all ordered different things - plain waffles, fried chicken biscuits and gravy, and avocado eggs benedict. All of it was absolutely fantastic. I'd definitely come again. The only downside was there was no latte, cappuccino, or espresso, just drip coffee. Because the food was so good though, they still get 5 stars.

Comfort food indeed. We sat outside and enjoyed a great meal, trying a little bit of everything. Some southern chicken n waffles, some spicy fried chicken, an avocado salad, fried green maters, and banana pudding.

We were very happy with our selections. The banana pudding was great, but would've been better if the wafers weren't so big they swallowed the dish. A small complaint that doesn't mar the experience.

Mallory was knowledgeable and kind and her suggestions were spot on. Thank you for a wonderful eating experience.

We had an absolutely amazing meal at Tupelo Honey. Our server Abby was one of the best servers we've ever had. She knew the menu inside and out and we took her recommendations for drinks, appetizers, entrees and dessert. All of her recommendations were incredible! We especially enjoyed the avocado toast, pork and smothered chicken entrees and banana cream pudding. We generally avoid chains but this experience was so great we'll be back! But again, kudos to Abby - she made the evening spectacular!

Ate Sunday brunch here on Mother's day. Sat outside (first come first serve - inside reservation were full!). We had biscuits, fried green tomatoes, the breakfast bowl, shrimp and grits and Mac and cheese waffles with spicy chicken. It was all delicious. The grits were amazing. Mac n cheese waffles wete tasty although the macaroni wasn't "obvious". Service was great too. Oh, and the coffee was hot and tasty.

Boyfriend and I went here today and the food was absolutely delicious! We started off with the biscuit appetizer and we're blown away. Perfectly fluffy and soft with a nice crispy outside. The butter and jam served with them was amazing as well. Full of flavor. Main dishes were also great and I would absolutely come here again as the menu had so many options I wanted to try. We will certainly be back for the biscuits alone!
