“Leo’s is always our “go to” restaurant when celebrating a special occasion. Last night we celebrated our wedding anniversary. I sent a floral bouquet there before our dinner reservation from a florist. Not only did they have it placed at a special table for us, but they followed the florist’s instructions precisely, even adding their own “Congratulations” greeting card at the table. The dinner was superb, the waitress Brooke was attentive and friendly, and dessert was on the house. You simply cannot top Leo’s for a great dining experience.”

“Fantastic brewery experience - solid line up of beers you won't find anywhere else, tasty food, and good company. Love the addition of a game room with pool, couches, and arcade games. While they don't offer traditional beer flights, they do offer half pours and tasters. I like this more because you can try even more beers without getting very full (or smashed). My only criticism is that they were out of stickers so now I have to come back some other time to get one 😁”

“This has become a frequent go-to for lunch for me when I want something healthy and filling. My poke bowls here are ALWAYS delicious and fresh and wonderful. I get Boba here with slightly less frequency, but that is always good as well. This is an easy to access spot with street parking all around the block, so it's great to grab while I'm downtown. Highly recommend!”

“Right downtown but there is parking right across the street at the garage! A beautiful atmosphere with wonderful music and friendly staff. Beautiful artwork on the walls and in the bathroom. The food is all very small portions so be sure to order at least a couple of plates per person. Very unique tastes all on its own can't put it in a own category. I highly recommend the steak it is the best and melt in your mouth!”

“I was wondering if it was open when I pulled up with the vegetation overgrown into the parking lot. I went in and was really glad I did! The owner is wonderful, the lamb biryanis plentiful and melt in your mouth tender. The shake was a special treat. I went with a friend from southern India and she agreed it was wonderful. Don’t let the outside deter you from a warm, satisfying experience inside!”

“Damn, their food is great. We went many times early on when they first opened last fall and were met with a beautiful setup and an authentic Korean menu full of exciting new options. They offer stone bowls, platters, ramen, fresh made lemonade…the list goes on and on. They closed temporarily in the summer due to staffing issues and recently reopened with new additions to the menu. I was worried the menu wouldn’t have that same unique flair. I had no reason to worry. What they did was add several Korean friend chicken options to offer to those who don’t have a longer time to lunch. I work in the mall so I can call ahead and order chicken to eat on my break. It’s a great adoption to the menu. The two photos I’ve attached are two fried chicken dishes: red hot pepper chicken wings and Snow onion Garlic chicken tenders”

“The cocktails here are the best I have ever had. So often mixed drinks are too sweet or just aren't very smooth. These are made to perfection! The drink I had was amazing as was the one enjoyed by my girlfriend. The food was also excellent! We got the Jien Bing. It was surprising in the best way. So many flavors and textures all working together to make the taste buds dance and spin in euphoria. So so good! I can't praise the place enough! “Turnstiles is a phenomenal up-and-coming bar in Grand Rapids. I’ve only been twice so far. The first time I went with a friend I haven’t seen in a while, we met the owner Rob and his good friend and employee who had kept encouraging him to open the bar, both individuals were so friendly, helpful, and great at giving advice on food and drink options! The second time I went was just as amazing as an atmosphere and the servers were fantastic! The atmosphere is amazing and I can’t wait until I can go on a night they have live music going on. Their food and drinks are AMAZING and I would recommend a stop there to anyone living in or visiting GR :)”
