Flavors on the Promenade

The rolled ice cream is a bit expensive but worth every penny. Definitely a perfect splurge when you’re looking to treat yo self. I highly recommend the Lavish Lady (lavender & lemon) flavor of rolled ice cream. They also serve coffee, crepes, and a soup of the day. The decor & atmosphere are fun, and there are plenty of Instagram pic opportunities (if that’s your thing).

Flavors’ family-run, family-forward atmosphere perfectly frames their nuanced menu in what is quickly becoming a downtown Rockford must-do destination. Delicately blending quaint & quintessential to serve refined, yet still rustic confections. I haven’t order an dish that I didn’t love.

Exceptional food and even better service. I bet nothing like it in the whole state. Crepes with a Trinidadian flare and dessert crepes that will blow your mind.
Family run business

I very much enjoyed this place. The moment we entered we we're greeted by the very nice owner(s) and employees. He handed us both menu's and went over what the different flavors were and the traditional and specialty offerings. Will definitely be going back here to try some other flavors.

Very impressed with the rolled ice cream. Owners are very friendly and took the time to explain their menu. Watching the ice cream being made was enjoyable. The ice cream was delicious and had great visual appeal as well. Will definitely be back to try more flavors.
