Rockford Corner Bar

Excellent Reuben sandwich! The place was packed because of the festival. We were seated within 20 minutes. Service was prompt and super friendly. Great dinner.

Attractive place. Even an elevator, never seen that before in a restaurant. Service could benefit from some speed and attentiveness. The food was normal bar quality. Nothing too spectacular. And no Miller Lite on draught, that's odd????

First time in since the renovation. More open than before and different seating. It was a nice change. We ate at the bar and liked everything - food and service.

After living in Rockford for many years, I can confidently say that this is my favorite restaurant in the downtown area! The service is great every time I go, and the food is always ready quickly. The amazing famous chilli dogs are just the tip of the iceberg; the whole menu features tasty, original food that is sure to please everyone.

The new restaurant was beautifully recreated. The decor was modernized yet it retained some of the old feeling. I was sad that the walk up window has been moved to the side street instead of the building's front. The hot dogs are still the best.
