Model customer service employees. 2nd shift is a different story, very rude and slow ladies who act like they don’t want people in the store. I stood in line for 15 minutes with only 2 people ahead of me. 1st shift should train the rest of this location on how to act.”

“Tim Hortons coffee is very good. Not bitter like a lot of places. However, I ordered a bagel on two separate occasions and got two very different ones. The first one was just right. Just a thin layer of cream cheese. The second one had a very thick coating (I mean THICK), which I had to scrape most off. They should train for a more consistent product instead of letting the employees make it how they want.”

“Service is quick and efficient. There are not a lot of seating choices, but what is there is okay. I stopped in shortly after area schools got out. It was very lively with students. If you enjoy that vibe, it's a great place to go. If you want peace and quiet, maybe not.”

“I work at belle tire down the road so I'm here daily often. Usually in the mornings and in the afternoon on occasions. Morning crew is always friendly and quick. (I applaud the short wait times and the evident team work, that's been established at this location). Every now and again I will have a slip and have to return to have a part of my order corrected, but I'm never all too frustrated or upset about it because staff is always polite and willing to correct the mistake. I've worked fast food so I can be. Understand. In conclusion , this is my favorite McDonalds location in the area. Keep it up! *Recommended!”

“Fantastic establishment. The staff is friendly and super quick on orders! I had my sandwich and coffee in 5 minutes, and it was absolutely delicious. One of those places you can absolutely sit and talk with friends for hours (as I saw a group doing as I waited for my order) or you can grab and go. The punchcard system is awesome too. You get a free coffee/sandwich once you reach 12 (similar to Biggby or Starbucks, etc.).”

The kids could visually see what they were ordering and then I send them off to play while I finish up the order. No need to stand at the counter and wait. “Even though the service was good, I was not pleased with the food. I went through drive through and placed my order getting a fish meal and a fish sandwich. On both sandwich they both were dry the cheese was hard the sandwich were warm and just a dab of tartar sauce. Those sandwiches must have been sitting there for a while and pre warmed. I will never go back.”
