“This placed was recommended to me by a friend. Glad I finally went. Friendly atmosphere and clean. Food is really good, yum!! You can have different types of flavored sesonings on your fries and chicken. They don't have a lot of sides like Popeye's but they are good. The refrigerated bottle drinks are placed in the dining area near the ordering counter. The fountain drinks are behind the counter, so no serving yourself and refilling your own drink. The dining area is small but very clean. I had to look for the trash bin, it wasn't located in an convenient place, and maybe it could be placed nearer were people sit in the dining area. In the future I might try the fish.”

“What a great surprise!! We had no idea what to expect from this new restaurant in Clinton Township. We went for lunch and had the PERCH dinner. Honestly, this was the BEST fried perch we have ever eaten. The dinner included four very large pieces of perch, two good sized sides, and a corn muffin. Expect to wait once you order because the food is cooked fresh. It was well worth the wait. Very reasonably priced. The service was excellent and the staff was very nice. We can't wait to go back and try some of the other options.”

“I must begin this post by saying not only is the food incredible but Felecia is too. We were in the area and my wife went on Google maps to find something to eat. We saw By Felecia was close by and the amount of stars made us want to give it a try. We went in and Felecia was taking care of a customer and I noticed how joyful she was. We asked for a menu and she explained that she cooks certain meals on certain days but there are some made to order things that she can do but she focuses on the main meal. Today the main meal was Ribs, Mac and Cheese, Greens, and she also had some peach cobbler left. We then asked for the price and the plates are around $18. This is not out of the ordinary for most Soul Food restaurants. We had one issue, we weren't prepared to spend that much because there were 3 of us. We told Felecia this and before we could leave she graciously offered to let us buy one plate but she would put enough food for us to share. We took her up on her offer and we didn't regret it. EVERYTHING IS DELICIOUS!! Ribs fall off the bone tender with a perfect sauce, Mac and Cheese impossible to describe, and the Greens took my breath away. I'd pay $18 for a plate of the Greens by themselves. WE WILL BE GOING BACK!!! And we'll be prepared to pay full price. Felecia, you and your food made our day. The itis is real.”

“So I walk in, sit at the counter, get handed a menu, and when I was ready to order I was told to go the register? What sense does this make besides saving a few bucks on servers. So if I had a party of five, we all have to order at the register after being sat? I was also the only one in the restaurant. She could have very easily got my order and put it in to avoid me having to get up. Stupid set up.”

“Their wings are so good! My first time coming here and so I just order something that didn't cost so much went for the $6 meal which was 6 boneless wings with choice of sauce and fries. I asked were the fries seasoned and she gave me the option of 5 different seasonings I can have on the fries so I choose butter parmesan cheese. Will definitely be back later happy hour everyday is from 3-6 40% boneless wings so I will try other flavors. Money well spent besides going to McDonald's.”

Dining in is easy and despite there usually being a long line in the evenings, this location does a great job of moving quickly and handling orders well, which is a rare thing to say about both a fast food restaurant, as well as a fast food restaurant on 9 mile. “One of my favorite pizza joints. Cloverleaf never disappoints. We start with an antipasto salad and then have their famous square pizza. The sweet bread sticks are out of this world good.
