Alie's Lebanese Grill

The only reason it gets three stars is because of the quality of food. The de boned chicken dark meat is great but the front employee (guy) who took my order has no customer service whatsoever. I ordered online and no one took my order. Got an email saying the restaurant may be busy. I called and asked is it busy he says no not at all and I told him about my online order he says just order it again. Doesn’t apologize or anything. Then when I tell him okay let me just order through you then he tells me just do it online again like he didn’t care. And then every single item is an add on whereas most restaurants have garlics and bread as free with meal but not this one. I just hope this place service gets as good as their food.

This place has a very nice atmosphere that allows for easy conversation. The tables a spread apart in a way that creates more intimacy and you don’t hear the conversation at the next table. The service was fair but slow. They seemed to get overwhelmed even when all the tables were not filled. I will say they have to do a lot of walking and I am sure that slows them down. Overall, it nice place to visit and I would go again.

One word, Excellent the Manager/Owner works really well keeping with traditional menu and favors of Great Middle-Eastern dishes. Too much lemon in the spicy sausage dish and the cheese stick need to go back to it's original taste and they reduced they veggie portions with the skew meat dishes. Upside.. the beef and chicken are the best this side of the map. Atmosphere is excellent water fountain to the second floor and out to the patio.

Very good food. Great selection. Have eaten here a few times and never disappointed. Wait staff are attentive and friendly. Prompt service. Food served in reasonable time. Serves alcohol. Cozy atmosphere even though it's open and airy. Used to be a Mexican restaurant. Decor is now Mediterranean and quite comfortable.
