Since my negative review almost a year ago, I've visited this location twice within the last few months. Both times the order was accurate and the staff was friendly. Perhaps management got the hint with quality of people they were hiring or perhaps they are concerned with captain Jay's opening right next door. Whatever the cause, this restaurant seems to have redeemed itself for now. I would give it 5 stars but I'm not convinced yet with all the past negative experiences. See below for original review.

Went during the busy lunch rush....but the cashier had time time stop in the middle of my order twice to talk to a random person (probably a friend) that walked in the door. Once I got the order, it was completely wrong. Missing a biscuit and sauces. Asked for 1 fry and 1 rice and got 2 fries. Received 5 mild tenders when it was supposed to be 3 spicy and 2 mild. If you are going to go here, make sure you double check your order and don't be surprised if you receive mediocre service. I'll like to say that I won't be back, but this the only Popeyes close by.
