1 person waiting tables, answering phone for takeout orders and handling takeout orders. Very little chicken in my dish it was mostly water chestnuts. Food was decent though. Poor guy who was running everything out on the floor had to leave building and go across the street to get singles and gives so he could break my $20 bill.
Went up there for Lunch from work with 4, got there at noon. It took at least 10 minutes for 2 of us to get waters, then another 10 minutes for the rest get waters, the waitress was great but she was the only waitress serving 8 tables. Once we get our orders in, we didn't get our food for an hour and ended up having to get it as take out to go back to work. After we got back to work my coworker opens his takeout container and the amount of food he got was unbelievable, it wasn't even 1/4th of the amount of food as my order and the container wasn't even 1/4th full. So currently he is taking it back to get refunded. They should have either closed for the day, or warned people when they came in that the wait time may be an hour. The waitress was very nice though and I felt bad she had to be put in that situation all day.
Edited after the situation with my coworker was fixed.
I have been eating here for the past three years and have never been disappointed.
The Pad Thai is the best for me. Awesome fried rice!! The service is great.
They have new owners since three years ago so don't pay any attention to older reviews.
I've only had their food once but I would rate it as average. I ordered both of my platters mild and they were quiet spicy in my opinion. The noodles were overcooked too. The lunch portions are very generous. Each platter could easily feed 3 people.
