After getting my drink cup I went and filled it with my desired drink and upon returning to the counter to wait for my food, my ticket number was being called out and my food was bagged and ready as I approached the counter. Used to avoid this location but they have slowly won back my business.”

“Can't say enough about this hidden gem. Staff was efficient and friendly. Went above and beyond to make our meal experience delightful. BTW food is delish. I said it was my hubby's birthday,and the waitress brought a dish of fruit with whipped cram and Sprinkles !!! The outside of the building is plain, but the inside was Yummy!”

“I had an issue with a different location, being the 23300 van dyke at 9 mile and van dyke location with messed up order and rude employees. When I gave feedback on here, I listed the wrong location accidentally. I recieved a phone call from the manager at the this location. She was a very nice woman. I explained what had happened and we discovered I left feedback to the wrong location. I told her the issue of customer service, the way I was handled and my missing order, and rather than telling me to leave a complaint with the correct store, she took it upon herself and said that she handles her store with proper training and service, which is very true because I always have great customer service at this location. She offered me a meal on her for another stores mistake. This. This is customer service. Speaking to someone that has worked in hospitality as a district manager and even at restaurant level, I commend her and her team on their abilities the communicate with the public, take orders and answer the phone. I may not go to fast food a lot, but when I do, this is the location I will stop at. The manager, the store, the crew and team should be recognized for their excellence!”

However, my last experience was right before Father's Day, picked up a rum cake and it had several dates on it, took it back to the store and the same dates were on the new cake box. I think they should make their cakes fresh to prevent issues of stale food or wrong dates being put on food items.”

“I went to order and I was the only one in line and still had to wait 5 minutes to order because there were 5 workers all having a conversation with each other and when they did wait on me the lady wasn't looking or making eye contact cuz she was still talking about her social life and when she handed me my coffee she wasn't looking and spilled half the cup and didn't apologize or say a word! This is the worse fast food place I've ever been to, and this is the first time I've ever complained on Google review about anything!”
