“Very good food. Prices were competitive with other restaurants. I was at first disappointed my hash browns didn't come out crispy like I liked. The flavor they had made up for it. Service is an important consideration when I eat out. My initial impression was very low but our waitress improved my opinion. At small restaurants if they don't have a sign they usually tell you to sit where you like. I had to ask. I would go back again, the biscuits and gravy looked great.”

“One word: charming. This adorable little grill, adorned with license plates and different "automotive" decorations is a gem. I've only been here once, so I can only speak from my experience, but the french toast was a little undercooked in the center. Honestly not a big deal, as the bacon was amazing, as was my mother's omelette. Usually, there is quite the wait on the weekends to get into this place, as it is only open until 2:00PM- we were lucky to go on Sunday at about 10:00AM and get in without too much of a wait. Quiet, cute, and the waitresses were all very nice. I enjoyed it, for sure!”

“When we pulled in, there were not any lights on or signs. Turns out she was open and greeted us very kindly, we walked in and It was very dark. Did not seem very inviting and it smelled like a cigarette had just been smoked inside which is against Michigan State Law in a restaurant. There was also a flower pot on the table out side FULL of cigarette butts which is also against Michigan State Law, and if you are working with food it is also a regulation to wear close toed shoes, not flip flops. It could use a little love, I am aware it is a small town pizza spot. Maybe a bit more organization and cleanliness. The owner was a complete peach, she made SUCH GOOD FOOD!! That was what made the whole experience it was wonderful and delicious! We will go back, however but will get take out...if you are going to run and own a restaurant and want people to eat there you should follow the laws put in place for a reason.”

“This was a very nice place to eat in the area! The staff is welcoming and pleasant! The menu has great options - including healthy and creative! (They even had the Impossible burger, which surprised me.) But they still have all the "basics" or "staples" that any old-timer would want to find (oatmeal, eggs/bacon/sausage, corned beef hash, etc). We were camping in the area for several days, and came here for breakfast multiple mornings due to the overall quality.”

“A week ago I wanted to order a Grinder and when I called to place the order, I was told their summer hours on a Tuesday we're 11-3. BUT online says they're open until 7:30 pm. Today, I went to call and order again in hopes, I can finally get my Grinder, but when I called it says they changed their number and is unknown. INFORMATION NEEDS TO BE UPDATED! I don't want to drive a half an hour to wait for a half an hour for my food. I haven't had a chance to eat their food so I can't even rate the food. EDIT: Mancino's Manistee has been closed due to flooding. I drove by to figure out what was going on. Please update the hours of business, thank you!”

“Ate dinner with my husband here today for the first time, will definitely be returning. Good tortillas are necessary for tasty tacos, these were delicious! I loved the guacamole, chips and salsa and my husband was very happy with the sandwich he ordered. Our waitress brought us timely refills on drinks, was friendly and checked on us several times to see if we needed anything. Atmosphere was pleasant. Hope this restaurant does well...it’s a nice and much needed addition to Manistee!”
