The Q Smokehouse

Got the 4 x 4 for 2 adults and 2 kids. We aren't huge eaters, and there was food left over.
Shells were delicious, slaw was slaw, and my wife and I both found something a bit off with the baked beans. It didn't get finished. The cornbread did though.
Ribs fell off the bone and had a great chewy bark. Chicken was chicken. And I loved the brisket because it's dry, but my kids were choking it down. Definitely recommend getting an extra side of sauce for the chicken and brisket. Pickles and jalapenos also helped with dryness and flavor.
Last note had to do with ours being a take-out order. Got it back to the hotel room and there wasn't a single plate, napkin or piece of cutlery. Something to think about if you're planning on taking it for a picnic or back to a hotel room. Overall, an enjoyable meal.

Barbeque done RIGHT. Smoke and seasoning was on point and the sauces and sides were just what I wanted. Everything is done striving for local and sustainable. LOVED that all tips go to local charities! We're in town for the weekend... And we'll be back before we leave.

Amazing place, food, and service. The chopped pork was amazing. It was perfectly cooked. The were very serious about accommodating my allergies which can sometimes be a lot of work. The customer service is top notch so friendly and enjoyable to be around! Thank you for the amazing food

The BEST BBQ we’ve ever had. Super friendly staff, clean tables, generous servings. I will come back for the brisket and shells w/cheese any time I’m in the area from now on. HIGHLY recommend stopping here!!!

The Q never disappoints. The meats are always flavorful and the sides are awesome. Try the sweet potatoes, you won't be disappointed. The 2 standard sauces are amazing, the Carolina is my favorite. There is always a 3rd new or old classic different sauce to add to any of the amazing smoked meats. Keep your eyes open for the specials, my all time favorite is around St. Patty's day the have an amazing corned beef!!!
