    I spent the day in downtown Big Rapids spent some time at Shooters. experienced a great time. My experience was top notch service. I felt SHANE a employee there went above and beyond to make a situation that could have gone bad a positive experience thank you shooters staff and especially SHANE.

    Came in early (8pm) or so for a couple drinks and some pool. Only stayed for an hour or so, but the staff was very friendly (reason for the 3 stars). Both pool tables looked like a dirty carpeted floor of a frat house. Needless to say you didn't really want to touch them while playing. It was also cold enough in there I never took my jacket off.

    Great staff and service with a smile. Clean establishment with a lot of patience for the college students who have no chill. Tip your servers cause they have your best interest in mind when you don't. Home away from home
