“What a great place! I was reluctant at first because of past experiences with higher priced restaurants with small portions. Ya know, the kind where your wallet is lighter and you have to go get a burger to fill your stomach. The portions were great, food was excellent and service was marvelous. Our server was Sommer and though we came in without reservations and the table we were given was reserved in an hour and a half, there was no pressure to move us through. I highly recommend this establishment.”

“New barbecue place in town. Food is great! Got two different things on two different visits both times I wasn't disappointed. They don't lie about the spices though, the hot sauce is for real! I liked the pulled pork and the chicken. Side note, the place is actually owned by Dr. Rolf so the name isn't totally a gimmick. Food is good! Eat here!”

“We haven’t been here in years because the food was so bad. We can back tonight because of a friends referral. We had three small plates and drinks, all of which were beautiful and delicious. It’s Friday night and it can be a bit loud, but the weather was fantastic and the classic entertainment was fun. Bathrooms are clean. There is a new GM and staff. We will be back! Only 4 stars because logistical things still need to get figured out.”

The various pies are highly rated, but I can only speak of the Baklava, its a great way to finish your meal. The meats are prepared on premises, and the sauce/relish is unique. After many decades eating here it never grows old.”
