“Chose Famous Hamburger because Bar Louie was packed. I do NOT regret the change in plans. For my first experience I could not ask for anything better. The restaurant was clean, the hostess was friendly and sat us immediately. Burgers were fresh, salads were crisp, and the loaded tots are to die for! Oh, and did I mention the service was AMAZING!! Samantha was quick, friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, attentive, and my drink never got below half. Congrats! You made me into a new regular.”

“Kerby's Koney Island is right across the street so it's close by and easy. But it also has really good food. One of my favorites is the breakfast that I can get all day that has two pancakes, two eggs and two slices of bacon for a very reasonable price. Also they have really good homemade soups that I can run over and bring home. It's always a good go to place if we can't think of anything else and sometimes breakfast tastes good all day long.”

“I was a little confused on the set up of this location. There were chairs and tables piled up in the front by the registers. Really odd. Ordered a tuna unsandwich. I wanted sprouts ..but they didn't add any sprouts. They offer lower fat chips ..and also have a side option of avocado spread really small portion for the price. After they finished preparing my meal they just handed it to me. I asked for a carry out bag and she kinda pointed to them. So I had to bag up my own meal. Kind of weird. Almost $20 and they couldn't even bag it? The gentleman that took my order was friendly and polite. Noticed they have a rewards app program which is neat. I will have to look into the details on that.”

“Well let's start with service, the lady at the register was a little rude and something was very familiar about her.. hmm school lunch lady telling the masses "NEXT" Yes, that. It's mall food so what do you expect, service doesn't count here. Next the food, got a 2 meat with rice dinner, got the bbq chicken and the sesame chicken. The bbq was delicious with the sesame following just behind it, also nice and flavorful. Felt a bit lethargic after eating a couple bite so not the best quality but hey it tasted pretty good, so 3 stars.”

“When first walking in I noticed the floors were filthy right away. The ladies' bathroom was not appealing. The floors throughout the restaurant were just nasty with no one cleaning. I just had a salad and half an order of Texas cheese fries. The fries tastes like they had been sitting under the heater forever with a toss of some jalapenos from the can and the juice settled on top. However, my guests' burgers did look good. Service was okay. Cheap bites for a dinner.”

“The manager was very nice, but there was a "silent rebellion" going on with the wait help. He didn't have their respect, so the service suffered. I had to go to the bar to get soft drinks refilled. As for the food, you should go to a steakhouse if you want a good steak) my wife liked her fajitas, but had to ask twice to even get the fajita wraps. The much needed sour cream was also slow to arrive. My steak fajita was extremely tough though sliced thin. Normally a good place, but stick with the ground beef and shredded chicken.”

“A lot of people talk all good things when it comes to five guys and this is the first time I've been since one came into my area. It did not let down, the fries are delicious and the burger was made well. Exactly what you would want out of a burger place and it was only relatively busy when I came but I was in and out in about 5 minutes. The workers were also friendly and attentive to everyone there. Definitely a good place to grab a quick bite and beats any sort of fast food burger place by a long shot”
