“Lady on the drive thru speaker kept us waiting for about 10 minutes before we even got to order, and when we did finally get to order, we're told that they're out of macaroni salad and then told at the window that it would take up to 45 minutes if we wanted crispy chicken. She was unfriendly and very pushy, and this is on a Sunday, when there's basically no one there. The food itself was great though, so I'll at least give them that despite the terrible service.”

“The atmosphere is good on the inside and there are plenty of TV screens, but some of the walls could use some paint or re-decorating. Hopefully this is a "work-in-progress" and is only temporary. My "better half" ordered the Calamari for an appetizer and even though the Calamari were big and tasty, she felt the portion was a little small as opposed to what she's had in other establishments. I had the Prime Rib Sliders, which tasted excellent and were a great value. Our waitress was very attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and ensured our needs were met. The menu is quite extensive for a local tavern of this type, and it looks like many of the entrees and other selections were developed by the owners and are unique to this establishment, so anyone looking for a good meal would have a lot to choose from.”

“It's a small place people tend to overlook. It's right up next to the road but it's in a building complex where nobody sees it unless they're going specifically for it. It really has authentic taste which is great if you're going for that but the choices are extremely limited. I wish they were a bigger store with more choices because usually they make the food right, although they've screwed it up a few times. The place was neat, although pretty much every time we've been there, they've been out or nearly out of napkins and straws so they do need to keep stuff stocked.”

“My boyfriend & I had Matt as our Waiter today and he was good energy and funny. We really liked him & will ask for him in the future. The food was amazing and we got way better of a deal than we did at Applebee's the other day. We were full & our experience was great. I wish I had more of a tip for Matt, i was a dollar short on the tip but I promise you next time if Matt is working I'm giving him a generous tip cause he deserves it. Thank you so much Chili's.
