I get the Mediterranean with no feta cheese or chicken, and a cup of vegetable soup. Most times I get a bag of Baked Lays Potato chips too. I drink unsweetened iced tea...and it's a complete meal. “First of all, let me say that this restaurant is very dark, so dark I needed my phone's flashlight to read the menu in the bar area. And the ladies' restroom is even darker--another patron and I were in mutual agreement on that score. My date and I sat down but it took a good 10-15 minutes for a waiter to appear. When he did, he was very perky and enthusiastic, but not very attentive. However, it was a cozy, relaxing atmosphere for a date (perhaps that's the reason for the dim lighting?). We shared a delicious superfood salad (though for its portion size, I felt it was overpriced at $14). But this vegan also noted many options that I may or may not return to try.”

“This may be one of the best restaurants for breakfast and lunch in Metro Detroit. When you walk in and enter the question line for ordering, you're met right away with a big city deli feel, able to visually see the amazing baked goods, cold hearty side dishes, and the appearance of their soups. The line cook is busy assembling amazing food, and you can see the preparation process. The cashier was friendly and helpful, not rushing or indifferent. I ordered a menu staple that included a half order of cinnamon French toast, two eggs any style, and one meat choice. I added cheddar to my scramble, and the food was delivered hot and accurate. The price was under $8 and the portion was not only HUGE, but so appealing visually. The dining room was full, but the tables were turning because of the fast and friendly dedication of two amazing workers, one whom was named Maggie. She was busy clearing tables, refilling coffee or drinks (which is not expected because the drinks are self-service) and doing it all with a smile. You can tell the two working the floor love their jobs. The dining room is well lit, smells amazing, and is incredibly clean. They offer free wifi, two tables with outlets for computer use or device charging, and the drink refill stations anchor the front and back of the establishment with Coke products and a coffee bar offering many options. Booth seating, tables, one large high top for eight, and mixed seating is available. You will not be disappointed with your dining experience here.”
