“Nice hotel bar and restaurant in Rochester Hills. Based the the Royal Park hotels this bar and restaurant has a lovely outdoor area and bar side seating. Breakfast and evening food is nice and staff friendly. Not a huge range of beers though. Also it’s in the hotel so if you are staying you might prefer to get away from the hotel downtown which is only a 10 minute walk.”

“Old fashioned hamburger shop with pretty good food, old style choices like egg salad sandwiches, and milkshakes. It's small, clean and nostalgic. The burger is unique. It's wide thin and cooked through but without any surface browning, so it's quite soft. The bun is sliced close to the top so the bottom heal of the bun is thicker to hold whatever is on the burger more solidly. I've been wondering for years when someone was going to do that. It just makes sense. I found the flavor of the burger to be a bit livery which I'm not very partial to, but overall it was quite good and if definitely go back.”

“We recently tried their brunch and we were very impressed by how quickly we were served! The potatoes were amazing but the salmon benedict was lackluster as I was hoping for more flavor. This could just be because of a personal taste palette. I was expecting them to offer mimosa’s with their brunch alcohol selection but was disappointed when I found out they did not. Their prices were very reasonable which is a big factor in our return to their restaurant. Overall we had great, quick service and will be back!”

“What can I say about Detroit Deli & More other than AMAZING!!! I’ve never had deli sandwiches that taste this good! What a real gem Downtown Rochester has! I found my new favorite lunch spot, the fries are phenomenal, and sandwiches are enough to feed the lumberjack in you! The staff is so friendly the restaurant is super clean and inviting. “I've been here a couple of times since they shut down the Subway downtown. The prices are all right in the meat and cheese are fresh. It's a small place. However, the several times I've been there, it's always very young people working who are extremely rude. When I didn't know my entire order immediately upon walking in the door since it was my first time there, the cashier looked at another employee and said that I was taking too long and that she was going to do something else and if it was okay with him to help "that customer" when I finally decided. I've only been there less than 1 minute. The place was even crowded. In fact, I was the only customer. every time I've been there, they are extremely rude towards people. Maybe it's just because it's their first job for everybody there and they've all grown up having absolutely no training in customer service, and the business doesn't seem to have any care to teach them that they shouldn't be jerks to everybody who walks in”

“A small local restaurant with good Italian themed food. I usually stick with the calzones (they have great Italian sausage), but their pasta is top notch too. Portions are plenty large enough that I get a second meal most of the time. The minestrone is excellent too, and my wife endorses their salads. This isn't a particularly fancy place, but for good quality at reasonable prices it's among the best in the area.”

“Little hole in the wall with older decor (minus a star) but wow it's yummy! I love the ability to get both Thai and Sushi. They have a few really unique rolls (hungry roll was crazy good) and don't complain when you ask to modify (I am picky) . Also love their crunchy rice paper roll, no one makes them like that. Homemade sauces. Fast, efficient and friendly service. Only criticism I really have is the satay is dry and they only offer chicken but no one is perfect. Will be back many times.”
