Great place for large soda or tea inexpensively.

Quick in and out service.

It's McDonald's so you know what your getting into.

The staff is very friend a d work hard to get you on your way fast.

The employee's there act uninterested in the job performance, all they are interested in is talking to one another about unrelated job subjects. The service was confusing because the person taking the orders didn't know how to use the register correctly. The food isn't hot enough for me. After you order and get back in your car the food is luke warm...get home and it's cold.

I love this McDonalds. Near Dixie and Telegraph in Waterford. I was very happy with the quick friendly service. Their service is beyond exceptional. Even got a free refill of a cup of coffee with a smile. Great crew , and very well managed

This McDonald's is clean and updated. It used to be super fast, but they've slowed down. I do appreciate that they decided to keep and remodel the play place while so many others are getting rid of them . But my biggest complaint is the prices. This is the most expensive McDonald's around and their prices keep going up.. Had I drove to the one further down highland I would have paid $3 less for the exact same order.

Drive through was being serviced but one side was actually open. It wasn't well marked and construction workers watching us through were confusing. It was my daughter's birthday so I persevered.

Instead we used the self-order machine in bldg. Everything worked well up until payment. It wouldn't take my credit card. We pushed the button for assistance and no one came. Finally we walked up to the totally empty counter and waited another 3-4 minutes before a nice employee took our order. We recieved our order in a reasonable time after re-ordering it with the attendant.

Just a one time experience. Feels like a string of bad luck. I would try again when I have more time, am NOT recovering from surgery, and feel better.
