The manager was checking on customers, delivering food to tables with his team, and maintaining an extremely positive attitude the whole time. All of the employees were polite and friendly. The only problem is anyone for first time who use map (Google or Apple) to get there, they will never find out the store. Because today I had to take an order for door-dash, literally it took me 20 minutes to find out the store. Because the map was keep messing me up. I was trying Google and Apple, both map. But still didn’t work. I think some how the store need to fix the location in maps. Thanks.”

“I’ve had krispy Kreme donuts my whole life and it’s often a treat my family and I look forward to when we come over to Michigan from Canada. Today was my first time ever going inside (we usually go through the drivethru) and it was so much fun! Watching the donuts get made and the interaction we had with the cashier was just so great. Her name was Denise, and she was AMAZING! So friendly, knowledgeable and just overall a joy. I will go back to this location just to see her again. -well and the donuts!”

“Tubby's has been a staple of the sandwich industry for years. The subs I've ordered have been good to great. The reason for 4 star, is because the chicken parmigiana didn't have enough sauce for me. Many people don't like heavy sauce because of the heartburn, so I understand why it had light sauce. I will order it with more sauce, and probably give it a 5 star afterward.”

“I just walked in to grab a soda and study for awhile and there was an EXTREMELY RUDE customer who kept interrupting other people trying to order because he didn't have a spoon. Honestly, the most ridiculous and unnecessary rudeness I've seen in awhile. However, with the most polite and warm smile, one of the nice young ladies at the register helped this man unconditionally, even with him being as rude as he was. THIS shows me that even though someone is rude to you, you do not always have to reciprocate his/her behavior. I commend that young lady for doing the right thing even when it was hard. Love this place!!!”
