Abi's Bistro

We heard this was the best breakfast joint in Gaylord from several people, I think they were correct.

The place is so colorful and fun to be in. We love the mish mash of chairs and tables.

The food is outstanding. We had a mimosa from their build your own mimosa bar, avocado toast breakfast sandwich, and the cinnamon bun french toast. All of was perfect.

My only complaint would be the wait time. It was a bit busy when we got there so it's totally understandable it took a bit to get a table but even after getting seating and ordering it was almost 45 minutes before the food came out, and by that time the place was half empty.

Otherwise Abi's bistro was great.

Recommended.

I was seated at the bar after I skipped many people in line by being all by myself. The personnel was nice and attentive.
My food, the sausage skillet was good and the eggs were as ordered.
I found it a bit weird to walk through their kitchen to get into the place. But there is also the "main entrance" facing the street (parking is in the back). Next time I would just walk around.

Delicious breakfast! Lauren was pleasant and on top of things! I had the Pastrami Gouda skillet with no peppers. Huge and yummy! My husband ordered the Mazatlan omelet. It was very well plated and he said it was very good. I forgot to take pictures before eating so here's a pic of half of my skillet. That's right, half!

Came here while on vacation & we wasn't disappointed. I got the stuffed strawberry french toast & my husband got the abi's breakfast & it was amazing! So good we came back the next morning, I ordered the biscuits and gravy & he got a pastrami skillet, amazing again! My only complaint ab this place would be that they only serve breakfast on the weekends. Most ppl visit on the weekends & would love to try their different soups as well!!

Excellent food and friendly service! The Cinnamon Roll French toast was out of this world good! And the sausage Pattie’s were huge!
Absolutely love the bright colors and fun atmosphere too!
Definitely will come back for the great food and service.
