“My husband and I ordered the Savvy Big Signature and the Steakhouse sliders. Both were very delicious, great meat flavour, and juicy. The toppings for each were also great. There was a definite saltiness, but it's what you expect from fast food. Husband loved the chili cheese fries and enjoyed them. I got sweet potato fries and they were delicious. “The food was good, but for some reason they decided to get fancy with the menu and get rid of the portions you were used to. If you order sides, appetizers, etc - expect to pay more and get less. During our visit the staff were friendly, and service was prompt. Although I got happy hour pricing, I was not told it was happy hour (would have ordered accordingly). There were fruit flies by our table, and hovering my beer. Not stellar”

“Panera is one of my favorite restaurants. I have visited them all round Michigan. There are poor, average and excellent. This one is average (better than most other chain restaurants ) and well worth the eating experience. One concern is all the loose hair that is not contained in a hair net. Hope they do something about that.”

“Was the first customer of the day. Thought maybe they wouldn't be ready. But they were. The person that seated us was basically ok. Thought maybe she would be our waitress. But surprisingly it was the assigned bartender. He was absolutely very nice and accommodating. Made me feel good even though we had our grandson with us. Of course, the food was up to par, when being first of the day. Back from our home state they know us by name. Almost felt that way here in Michigan. So all in all it was a very good lunch. I wanted to try a different or new place but my boss (wife) likes Chillies. So she was right again. I don't mind.”

“Food is always great, but I will never make reservations for a party there again. I called 5 days before my MIL 50th birthday and told the girl on the phone that there will be 11 people there. I made reservations for 6pm but I asked the girl if I could show up at 5:45pm to set up 4 balloons and 2 table toppers because it’s my MIL birthday and she doesn’t know we will be there (she thought it was just her and her husband). The girl told me that there will be no problem with that. So my husband & I get there at 5:45 and we are told we have to wait 5 minutes for a table to clear. As it gets to be 5:55pm i ask the girl how much longer and told her I have a balloons and a table decor I need to set out before my MIL shows up at 6. She then tells me that they are waiting for people to finish eating and it could be as long as 20 minutes. By this time the host was extremely rude and training a girl. I could hear her talking about us to the trainer and rudely stating that it’s our fault! I’m pretty sure the point of making reservations for a specific time is so that when you get there at that time, the table is already for your guests to sit down at! I was extremely livid and the surprise ended up ruined because we didn’t get our table until 6:20pm and my MIL walked in while we were standing there waiting. If you have plans to reserve a large party, don’t make it at Olive Garden.”

“We stopped there today at 4 PM. The view was great and we were warmly greeted. The calamari was outstanding. My husband enjoyed his lobster Mac and cheese. I had the linguine pasta and shrimp. The shrimp was good but the pasta had no flavor. The server was friendly but never removed our dirty dishes, even when they were empty and pushed away from us. We will give them another try. I would return for the calamari.”
