“First impression was it was a hole in the wall and kind of shady. Got inside and WOW! Food was delicious! Everything was cooked perfectly! Burgers were juicy and no pink (ordered that way), chips were crunchy, mushrooms were fresh and handmade. Everything was fresh, not frozen, and it was all cooked to ordered. The employee working had a great personality, an amazing cook, and we got everything in 45 min. Sat down, ordered, got our drinks, and then our food. If you are passing through don't let this place fool you. It's totally worth it! Highly recommend and if we didn't live an hour away, this would be our new go to spot. Way better than ANY chain restaurant out there.”

“Fun little restaurant located in Hartford, fairly new. Serving up breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Their food was delicious and will definitely leave you filled and satisfied. I ordered the wet burrito and it did not disappoint. The elote was also phenomenal, some of the best I have had in a long time. Very friendly serving staff, a family owned business as well. Polite, friendly and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend if you have a craving for Mexican cuisine; they also have a mini grocery, serving up imports and Mexican specialties... Bonus! If you're driving west on red arrow, be sure to give this little restaurant a visit! The windows are a bit dim, so keep your eyes open :)”

“I was in Hartford during the dinner hour and decided to visit Kickstand Saloon. The location is a bit obscure (I think they need a large lighted sign out front), but if you locate this small town gem, you will be very pleased. The wait staff was very friendly, efficient and made you feel right at home, and she provided a very welcoming atmosphere. I dined the 1/3 pound cheeseburger and added a side order of jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese. Very delicious! The decor is geared towards Harley enthusiasts, but I'm sure all will be made to feel at home. The long tables are indicative of serving large groups, but I was alone and never felt alone. For the price of McDonald's, you can have the real deal at Kickstand Saloon.”
