Haymaker Public House

One of my favorite pubs out in Ann Arbor! They have games - dart boards - beer and pretty good food! They have a platter of all fries - and they are amazing! Great place to check out and chill with your buds or make new ones!

First time going there. It have a local feel and new comers can feel like outsiders. Staff nice but not really friendly. Food was really good. Drinks were strong. I would go back again if invited but I probably will not just stop in.

The kids Mac and cheese was very simple. My salad was loaded with blue cheese and the avacado added made it stick nicely to my ribs. We will likely revisit Haymaker a few times during our multi-week visit to the area.

I've been here a lot in the past year, and I think it's a decent place.

By far, the best experience has been the live trivia that happens a couple times a week. I would show up with my team about 30-45 minutes before the starting time, grab a table for 5 people, and start ordering drinks and food. It's a fun time, and there's a decent amount of beers and drinks. The food is okay, it is just basic bar/pub food.

I've been here a couple times on weekends for lunch as well. Again, they have decent food options, and the drinks are good. The servers are quite attentive too, especially when the restaurant isn't packed.

If you need to drive here, there is a parking structure across the street. I do not know if they validate parking.

Great food but even more amazing service. My friends and I had the best waitress, Tara, yesterday. Technically she's the supervisory/bartender but she was phenomenal. She was extremely knowledgeable on the beer selections and made the most delicious fruit loops pixie shots for us! She was hands down one of the best waitresses I've had.
