Good selection of alcoholic drinks... Whiskey drinkers would love this place.

Overpriced. Smelly. Cool interior. Great drink menu.

Great atmosphere, very nice dive bar appearance and very clean. Bar service was excellent. Great selection of whiskey and bourbon with a full bar including great craft beer from upstairs in the Blue Tractor. The live music was good, looking forward to going back on the weekend for bigger bands.

This space has changed ownership a few times over the years and hasn't changed much, so let's talk about the other stuff. First, the selection of whiskey is likely the best in town. Some of those pours are going to get expensive, but the options are there, so if you're thinking of adding an expensive bottle to your collection, there's a reasonable chance that you can try it out at Mash. The few times I have been there, I have found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable.

This bar has such a cool vibe. The bouncer was nice and the line wasn’t that bad for a Saturday night. He also let you in with the people you came with so you won’t have 1 person stuck outside by themselves or anything. The bartenders were prompt and quick but not necessarily friendly or chatty. The worst part is that the women’s bathroom is a single bathroom (yikes...always a line) and there aren’t very many places to sit. The live music was nice. Not a bad place to hang out by any means but Ann Arbor definitely has cooler spots.
