While I encountered a small reservation issue upon my arrival, the customer service Lisa provided was exceptional, as well as the flavorful-ness if the whitefish. Cheers to the French 75 and jazz ensemble too! I’ll definitely be returning.

Imagine yourself in a basement, decorated setting with live music great drinks and some of the best food I have ever tasted. Pictured is the duck and it was the most amazing dish I have ever had. The potatoes were so creamy and good, tasty veggies, and the duck was cooked perfectly with great seasoning, fruit, and juicy.

My wife and I went for her birthday. We will absolutely go back. She ordered the duck, I ordered the salmon. Both meals were fantastic. The atmosphere was wonderful for a night out together. Our server was very friendly and attentive. It was a great experience and one we will repeat in the future.

The salmon en croute was good but the piece of salmon was too big. But, it was delicious...the crust was nice and flaky. The Salmon cooked perfectly...My daughters shared a salmon and two different types of pasta. They were very good. It was a nice night.

Much of the menu hasn't changed over the years, but why would you when the selections are so well done. Five of us were celebrating our daughter's birthday a day early. We began with the goat cheese appetizer which needed toast points or crackers. We also had the crab cakes which were served with roasted red pepper sauce that paired very well. Four had the duck which was cooked to perfection. The sauce was delicious as was the turnip-potato puree. One had the perch which was cooked well with potatoes. The five different desserts ranged from mousse to red velvet cake, all of which were good but not unforgettable. The wine list is extensive. One of our concerns was our server handing us the book of wines and immediately asking for our selection. He was back again twice more within a few minutes (it felt like nagging) and once we made our selection, he came back 10 to 15 minutes later to confirm our selection before bringing the bottle. They were not that busy. A restaurant with food and wine of this quality should provide service that matches.
